Ingredients
3 medium potatoes, boiled and mashed
1 cup mozzarella cheese (cut into small cubes or shredded)
2 tablespoons cornflour (cornstarch)
2 tablespoons bread crumbs (plus extra for coating)
1 green chili, finely chopped (optional)
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
Salt to taste
Oil spray (for air frying)
Instructions
In a bowl, add mashed potatoes, cornflour, bread crumbs, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and green chili. Mix well to form a soft dough.
Take a small portion of the mixture, flatten it, place a piece of cheese in the center, and roll into a smooth ball.
Coat each ball lightly with bread crumbs.
Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (360°F) for 3–5 minutes.
Arrange the balls in the air fryer basket, spray lightly with oil.
Air fry for 10–12 minutes, turning halfway, until golden and crispy.
