Fluffy Cottage Cheese Bread

Ingredients:
1 cup cottage cheese (low-fat or full-fat)
4 large eggs
1/4 cup almond flour
1/4 cup coconut flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon olive oil (optional)
1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)
Directions:
Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.
Blend the Wet Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese and eggs. Use a hand mixer or blender to blend until smooth and creamy.
Mix the Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt.
Combine Mixtures: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until fully combined. If using, mix in the olive oil and garlic powder for added flavor.
